• Customer service will contact you 2 to 3 days before the departure date to confirm the travel itinerary and pickup time
• This service operates in all weather conditions, except for extreme weather recognized by the Korea Meteorological Administration
• In case of extreme weather, the charter service may be canceled. The guide will provide updates one day before the departure date
• Please make sure your mobile phone has international roaming enabled and provide contact details for instant messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Line, Viber, or WeChat. (For Line users, public search functionality must be enabled.)
• The activity itinerary duration may vary due to weather, traffic, political factors, travel dates, or other unforeseen circumstances
• If severe weather affects the planned attractions, the driver-guide will arrange alternative destinations. Refunds will not be provided
• The charter service duration is 9 hours, including any customer delays. Overtime caused by customers will incur a fee of KRW30,000 per hour (no charge for delays under 30 minutes; fees apply from the 31st minute)
• Traveling on South Korean public holidays may affect the experience due to large crowds. Confirm details before booking
• For emergencies on the departure day, use the provided contact information
• Arrive at the hotel lobby 10-15 minutes before the agreed pickup time. If hotel parking is unavailable, pickup may occur at a nearby meeting point or designated location
• If the guide must purchase entrance tickets, the guide will wait at the designated meeting point and will not enter the attractions
• If bringing luggage, confirm vehicle capacity before booking. Exceeding the luggage limit may require a replacement vehicle, with additional fees
• Travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Guests should assess their health and abilities. The company is not liable for injuries, damages, or accidents caused by unforeseen factors
