• Kansai & Hiroshima Area Pass

1. During the validity period, in addition to the Kansai area, you can also enjoy unlimited rides in Hiroshima, Okayama, Takamatsu, Kinosaki Onsen, Amanohashidate, Tottori, Kishi, Shirahama, and Kii-Katsuura!
2. You can also enjoy unlimited rides on the Sanyo Shinkansen (including the NOZOMI・MIZUHO Shin-Osaka – Hiroshima area) and limited express and local trains (including rapid and new rapid) with non-reserved seats in the area (including Kyoto Tango Railway and Wakayama Electric Railway), JR West Miyajima Ferry, West JR buses in the area, and Chugoku JR buses.

• Osaka-Kansai Expo Tickets

1. Osaka-Kansai Expo Tickets (1-Day Ticket): Allows one-time entry during the exhibition period from April 13 to October 13.
2. Osaka-Kansai Expo Nighttime Ticket: Allows one-time entry after 17:00 during the exhibition period from April 13 to October 13

   ** Setouchi Triennale 2025 All Season Passport is valid from April 18 to November 9, 2025, and cannot be redeemed outside the festival period (May 26-July 31, 2025, and September 1-October 2, 2025).
   ** Setouchi Triennale 2025 Spring Passport is valid from April 18 to May 25, 2025. Please double-check the validity period before booking.

— Exchange Method— 

1. Ticket vending machines (Self-service): Operate and collect tickets through the green ticket vending machines marked with “passport” icons at each station

   • If the ticket machine is out of service or you do not have an e-passport, please visit the designated stations and redeem the pass at the green ticket booth 
2. JR West Ticket Office (Manual): Present your e-voucher and passport to the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi, also known as the Green Window) to exchange for a physical ticket
   • There will be no name and passport verification if you choose to collect from the ticket vending machine; however, if you exchange at the counter, the staff will check the name on the voucher and the passport
   • Ticket machines are only available for travelers with an e-passport. If you do not have an e-passport or the passport does not work at the ticket machine, please visit the ticket office for a manual exchange 
3. Collect reserved seat ticket: Please redeem the ticket at the green ticket booth or green ticket machine before using
   • How to redeem
   • If you’ve run out of reserved seat quota or haven’t redeemed the reserved seat ticket, you can still use the pass to ride unreserved seats
   • Passes that include unlimited reserved seats: if using the 7th or more times, please go to the green ticket booth to reserve manually and do not redeem at the machine
