Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• There will be no tour conductor. The bus driver will take care of your transportation during the round trip. Guests will be free to explore the area on their own until their scheduled time.
• The bus will be shared with guests on the Kamikochi & Hakuba overnight tour.
• You may need to change buses within Matsumoto City for the return trip.
• All tours will be held rain or shine. However, in the event of heavy rain due to a typhoon, we will contact you in advance to cancel the tour.
• The local arrival times shown on the schedule are only estimates.
• Even if your arrival at Kamikochi is delayed due to road congestion, etc., the departure time from Kamikochi will not change.
• Please note that we cannot accept claims for expenses (taxi fares, accommodation fees, etc.) incurred due to delays caused by weather or traffic conditions on the day.
• Depending on the number of passengers, we may use a medium-sized bus, microbus, or Hiace commuter vehicle, or we may have to transfer to an express bus or train.
• You cannot specify your seat location.
