– Keisei Ueno Station: Skyliner ticket machine or Skyliner information center (Skyliner information center opening hours: 5:10 am–8:20 pm)
– Nippori Station: Skyliner ticket machine or JR ticket counter (JR ticket counter opening hours: 00 –11:30 pm)
2. To Keisei Ueno Station:
– Narita Airport (NRT) Terminal 1: Skyliner ticket machine or Skyliner information center (Skyliner information center opening hours: 7:00 am–9:00 pm)
– Narita Airport (NRT) Terminal 2, 3: Skyliner ticket machine or Skyliner information center (Skyliner information center opening hours: 7:00 am–9:00 pm)
- How to Redeem Your Voucher: The QR Code voucher will be provided after booking. Please present the QR Code on your device for redemption or print it out in advance
– If tourists cannot present a valid QR Code, they will not be able to redeem their tickets.
– Redemption instructions: Passengers who purchase round-trip tickets must redeem their tickets at Narita Airport before departure.
・Outbound trip: Outbound and return trip vouchers will be issued at the same time.
・Return trip: For the return trip, please exchange the voucher for a ticket with a designated time at the redemption window or ticket machine in Ueno or Nippori before riding.
※ Please pay special attention:
- When redeeming a round-trip ticket at Narita Airport, tickets for both the outbound and return journeys will be issued at the same time. When returning to Ueno and Nippori, you must use a return ticket. If you present the original purchase voucher, the ticket will not be issued, so please be aware.
- Please be sure to keep the exchange voucher for your return trip so as not to lose it.
- The return ticket is valid for 6 months after the outbound ticket is redeemed.
- The tickets for the outbound and return journeys can be partially redeemed. If you purchase multiple tickets, you can also redeem them separately.

– Tokyo Metro offices offer manual redemption (excluding Hibiya Line Kita-Senju Station, Naka-Meguro Station, Nakano Station, Nishi-Funabashi Station, Yoyogi-Uehara Station, Wako station, Hanzomon Line, Fukutoshin Line Shibuya Station, Meguro Station)
- If the departing station does not have a ticket machine, please approach the on-site staff for directions
- How to Redeem Your Voucher (Ticket Machine for Travelers):
1. Locate the nearest ticket machine (red circles, which indicate “Pick up your ticket”) *Not all ticket machines can be used for voucher redemption (click here for details)
2. Click on the “QR Code” button
3. Scan the QR Code (please print out the Mikitravel voucher in advance or present the voucher via a mobile device)
4. Physical ticket redemption completed. The ticket is valid for 24/48/72 hours from the first use. The ticket’s validity period will be displayed on the backside
※ This package cannot be partially redeemed. Even if you want to purchase multiple tickets at once, only one QR code will be generated for each purchase.
