PADI Freediving Skills, designed for recreational freediving, with incremental progress. Practice how your body moves while holding your breath, no license, no experience. • Swimming skills requirements: Swimming 200 meters with bare hands or 300 meters with mask, snorkel and fins

• Minimum course standard: static apnea 1’30 / dynamic level dive 25m / constant weight dive 10m
