• When using the service, please be sure to bring the email we sent you confirming your booking.
• Please call the designated contact number to reconfirm the pickup time. If you do not contact us and are unable to use this service, we will not be able to refund or reschedule your trip.
• If you are late for the service due to your own reasons, or if the arrival is delayed due to force majeure such as road congestion, you will be required to pay an extension fee. In that case, the driver will show you a fee statement, so please pay by cash or credit card.
