  • All Zipline Tour participants will be required to wear a harness which has straps located at the participant’s upper thigh, waist (above hip bones), and over each shoulder. Anyone who has an injury to these areas should refrain from participation to avoid aggravating the injury
  • Travelers can use their camera and mobile phone during the tour and deposit personal items in a locker. Please avoid traveling with valuables, as the supplier and Mikitravel are not responsible for their safety
  • Travelers are not allowed to leave the tour halfway, and those who do so cannot request refunds. Once a traveler leaves the tour, they are responsible for their own safety
  • This tour may be affected by weather and other unexpected circumstances. The tour staff has the authority to modify, cancel, extend, or shorten the itinerary due to such circumstances
  • Travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g., passport, ID card) for identity verification on the day of the tour. Please carry your ID documents at all times in case of such an event
