• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• If you are late for the departure time, you will not be contacted for on-time departure because other passengers are waiting. No refunds or changes will be made if you are late or no-show on your departure date.
• During Japan's Golden Week from 4/26 to 5/6, you may encounter traffic jams and attractions may close early during your travels. The specific time arrangements on that day may be changed based on actual conditions. Please be sure not to make reservations for dinner or other itineraries during this period. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please note that guests arriving/leaving on the same day cannot join the tour.
• Each adult can bring one child under 3 years old for free, excluding seats. Please make a note when booking.
• For safe travel, please purchase overseas traveler insurance personally.
• Please note that this tour does not provide child seats.
• The specific itinerary schedule may be adjusted depending on the weather, traffic, and flower conditions on the day. Please note that the actual arrangements made by the tour guide shall prevail.
• In order to provide a higher quality service, each bus will be equipped with an independent tour guide regardless of the size of the bus.
• Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Please clean up all garbage after the trip.
• Please keep your valuables safe and at the end of the trip, please check again to make sure that your personal belongings are not forgotten.
• Depending on the number of people booking on that day, different sizes of buses may be available.
• Because Japanese law stipulates that the use time of the vehicle shall not exceed 10 hours, the tour guide will reasonably arrange the itinerary time of each attraction according to the actual situation of the day's travel. I hope you understand!
• Each passenger can carry up to one piece of luggage for free, and please be sure to leave a note in the "Special Requests" column when placing an order. If you temporarily bring extra luggage, due to limited space in the vehicle, it may not be able to be placed, which may affect driving safety and the rights of other passengers. We cannot guarantee to assist in handling it.
• This trip is free seating, not assigned seating. To avoid disputes during the trip, please reserve your seat from the time of departure and keep it until the end of the trip. If you wish to choose a front row seat, please board the board early to select your seat. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
• This is a group tour. Early departure or departure from the group will not be accepted during the tour. If the passenger chooses to leave the group midway, it will be deemed as voluntarily giving up the unfinished itinerary and no fees will be refunded. • Due to the crowds and traffic congestion during the Golden Week (5/1-5/6), the original itinerary to "Fushimi Inari Taisha" will be suspended. The relevant time will be flexibly adjusted to "Arashiyama" and "Kiyomizu-dera Temple" to ensure the smoothness and comfort of the overall travel experience. Thank you for your understanding.
