For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• During weekends and red days in Japan, you may encounter traffic jams and attractions may close early. We will reduce or shorten the itinerary according to the actual situation. We hope you can understand that the tour guide or driver will do their best to serve you. Please do not make dinner reservations, as you will not be able to catch a flight or Shinkansen on that day.
• If you have luggage, please make a note when placing the order. If there is no note, the driver has the right to refuse to board the luggage.
• The above itinerary is for reference only. Traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging activities on that night. We apologize for any delays.
• The company is not responsible for the inability to join the tour or the poor quality of the scenery due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, etc., and no refunds or rescheduling are possible. Please understand.
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or stay time of each attraction will be adjusted. Please inform us if you are aware of the situation.
• The company will not provide any refund if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated pick-up location at the designated time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • Children under 3 years old who need to occupy a seat must purchase a ticket at the same price as adults, and a note is required.
• Vehicle type: Cars are assigned based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver and accompanying personnel will be arranged to provide full travel services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note.
