• Please ensure that the phone/APP contact information you provided can be reached during your trip. If you cannot be contacted or are late, no refund or compensation will be given.
• For small groups of 1-13 people, the driver will also be the guide, and the driver will not get off the bus to accompany the group; for bus groups of 14-49 people, the guide will be independent and the actual number of people in the group will be adjusted according to the number of people on the day.
• Reference vehicle types: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater: minibus; 22 seater and above: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only and will be adjusted according to the number of people in the group on that day.

• Please be sure to arrive at the designated location at the designated time and do not be late.
