• Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund
• The customer that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight with ID
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must let the local operator know at least 24 hours prior to your booking time in order to avoid a rescheduling/cancellation fee
