Cancellations 10 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
For cancellations made 9 to 9 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
For cancellations made 8 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• ⚠️All the itineraries of our company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests must evaluate their own health or ability.The company will not be responsible for any physical damage or casualty caused by accidents or unpredictable factors.
• Slopes will close daily for maintenance
• The minimum age for skiing or snowboarding is 5 years old. For safety reasons, children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Mikitravel is not responsible for any incidents during the trip, so securing insurance is advised
• All tickets (passes, rentals, admission to attractions, etc.) cannot be re-issued.
• Please note that certain slopes may close due to weather conditions, which will not be a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
