• In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 19:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• This tour includes round trip cable car rides between Togendai and Owakudani. On weekdays, you are free to explore Owakudani and will gather at a designated time to ride the cable car down the mountain. Please be advised that the designated timing is subjected to traffic conditions and the tour guide's arrangement on the actual day.
• Recommended to dress comfortably as the tour includes walking, boat and cable car rides.
• This tour is not recommended for elderly and disabled guests.
• As the itinerary is tight, please abide by the stated meeting time.
• For group travel, you are not allowed to leave the group earlier or midway. Please be advised that if you choose to leave midway, the remaining itinerary will be deemed to be forfeited by you and there will be no refund of any kind. Any accidents that occur after leaving the group will be your responsibility.
• During peak travel season or due to special circumstances, the departure time may be brought forward or slightly delayed (the tour guide will inform of the timing). Please be prepared in advance for that time.
• Transportation, sightseeing and length of stay is subjected to the actual situation on the day. In case of special circumstances (traffic jam, weather etc.), without reducing the number of attractions in the itinerary, the tour guide may seek the consent of the guests and adjust the order of attractions to visit.
• In the event of bad weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, without prior notice, some itinerary attractions may be changed, reordered or cancelled.
