- Both the Yoshida and Fujinomiya routes require a toll (mountain entrance fee) of 4,000 yen per person per trip (cash only at the entrance to the 5th station on the day).
- All tours will be held rain or shine. However, in the case of bad weather or heavy rain due to a typhoon, we may contact you in advance to cancel the tour. Please note that if the weather suddenly changes on the day, the local guide or the Mt. Fuji Guidance Center may decide to cancel the climb. In this case, there will be no refund of the tour fee.
- The weather on Mt. Fuji is very changeable, so rain gear is essential. If you do not have the necessary equipment, you may be asked to withdraw from the climb. In this case, there will be no refund.
- If you abandon the climb midway due to poor physical condition or otherwise choose to stay or rest at a mountain hut other than the one you planned to stay at on the day, you will be responsible for the accommodation and rest fees, and there will be no refund of the tour fare. In addition, you will have to descend the mountain by yourself, and a guide will not accompany you.
Both the Yoshida Trail and the Fujinomiya Trail are at an altitude of over 2,000m. During the climb, the air is thin and there is a risk of altitude sickness, so please be sure to take care of your health on the day of departure to avoid lack of sleep and a hangover.

- If there are any shortages or deficiencies in your equipment, your mountain guide or local staff may ask you to rent or purchase the necessary equipment.
- There are forks in the trail on each route (Yoshida, Fujinomiya) on the way down. If you make a mistake and go down the wrong way, you will have to rejoin the tour or return home at your own expense. Even if you rejoin the tour on the way, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to continue the tour. Please be careful.
[About cancellation]
- If the roads to Mt. Fuji are closed or suspended due to the effects of a typhoon, and we determine that there is a low chance of the roads being open or operational, the tour will be canceled.
- If you decide to cancel (change) your reservation due to weather, trail conditions, etc., the standard cancellation (change) fee will be charged.
- If the tour is cancelled due to customer's decision to cancel (change) the cancellation (change) fee will not be refunded.
- In the event of a natural disaster such as bad weather, the tour may be cancelled after the reservation has been confirmed. In that case, the operator will contact the emergency contact number by 7:00 PM the day before the tour.
- If the event is cancelled on the day due to bad weather or other reasons, the organizers will contact you directly by email, so please be sure to check your emails and calls on the day.

- There are no age restrictions, but the guided tour is only available to elementary school students and above. In addition, even with the free tour, children and the elderly may be asked to refrain from participating.
