For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Admission tickets will not be included for travelers under the age of 3 and are required to be purchased on-site
• Lunch is not included in the tour. Travelers may bring their own lunch or dine at any of the restaurants near Churaumi Aquarium
• Travellers are not allowed to board/alight at any locations outside of the reserved pick-up/drop-off point
• Actual itinerary is dependent on weather/transportation conditions
• Vehicle type and departure point are dependent on the number of travelers
• Please be mindful of the meeting time at each attraction as the bus will leave on time. Mikitravel will not be held liable for missed tours due to late arrivals and personal reasons
• 1-piece of carry on luggage is allowed on-board, please look after your belongings at all times, Mikitravel and the local agency will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
• Please notify us at least 2 days prior to departure for changes in meeting point. Refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to meeting point changes without prior notice
• Should you wish to leave the tour at any point of the schedule, please inform the tour guide at the start of the tour
• When departing from Mihama American Village, the bus arrival time might be delayed due to traffic
• If you plan to end the tour at Mihama American Village, please notify the tour guide before leaving
• If you suffer from motion sickness, please take proper precautions in advance (i.e. medication). An additional cleaning fee may incur if you vomit in the car
• Travelers will be responsible for damages to the property incurred during the tour
