• The tour includes walking in the snow for about 40 minutes one way. Please wear warm clothes, gloves and comfortable walking shoes.
• Snow monkeys live in the wild and may attack visitors who try to feed them. Please be careful and refrain from feeding or approaching the monkeys.
• Please note that the Shiga Kogen Roman Art Museum tour may be shortened or cancelled depending on traffic conditions.
• Please note that there is a possibility that you may not see the snow monkeys, depending on the season, climate, and the health of the snow monkeys. In this case, no refund will be given.

• This tour will be accompanied by a Japanese tour leader who will provide you with travel information (meeting time, meeting place, etc.) via translation software.
• If you choose the plan without meals, you will ride the same bus as passengers who choose the plan with lunch. You can purchase light snacks in advance or choose to pay for lunch at your own expense during the restaurant stop.
• Please note that only foldable wheelchairs can be stored on the bus.
