He has been honing his craft of artisan baking using local, high-quality ingredients ever since, and now he is opening his bakery kitchen to share his expertise with you. Stepping inside his boulangerie, get ready to learn exactly how the French make such delicious bread and pastries when you follow Didier’s tips and demonstrations.
This private baking experience allows you to go behind the scenes of Boulangerie Le Petit Mitron, discovering the history of iconic French staples such as the baguette and choux pastry. Don your apron – a keepsake for you to take home – and get hands-on, creating your own baguette and éclair under Didier’s expert guidance.
