For cancellations made at least 35 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 21 to 34 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 75% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Please arrive at the boarding location at the agreed time by the tour staff, and do not be late to avoid delaying your trip with other tourists. If you are late and cannot tour with the bus, please go to the next meeting place by yourself. For any reason, if the guest fails to arrive at the meeting place at the meeting time, the tour guide will not be responsible for waiting, and the participants will have to go to the meeting place with the team at their own expense. The expenses incurred shall be borne by the participants themselves, and the company will not bear any responsibility. The part of the tour fee that the guest fails to use, such as transportation, food, accommodation, attractions/experiences, etc., will be deemed to be automatically waived and will not be refunded, cashed or transferred.

• During the actual trip of this product, without reducing the number of attractions/venues and with your consent, the tour staff and driver may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary according to weather, traffic and other conditions (such as adjusting the order of sightseeing/visiting attractions/venues, changing the meeting time, etc.) to ensure the smooth progress of the trip; the tour guide and driver may make reasonable arrangements for the itinerary including the order of sightseeing according to the business hours of the merchants to better meet your travel experience.
• The hotels introduced are for reference only and may be replaced by other hotels of the same standard depending on the situation.
• This product is for individual travelers. Under the premise of the promised service content and standards, you may combine the car with guests from other travel agencies to travel together. If you submit an order, it will be deemed that you accept the unified itinerary arrangement after the travel agency joins the group
• If the free items in the itinerary cannot be given due to force majeure such as traffic, weather, or if you cannot visit due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. You are not allowed to leave the group early or midway during non-free activities.
• During the tour, if force majeure causes the scenic spot/venue to be unable to play/visit normally, the service staff can cancel or replace the scenic spot/venue according to the actual situation after reaching an agreement with you, or refund the fee on site according to the ticket price in the travel product (the refund is not based on the listed price of the scenic spot/venue). Please understand.
• Swimming, rafting, diving, skiing, skating, snow play, surfing, exploration, hot air balloons, mountain cableways and other activities are all dangerous. Please act according to your own conditions and fully refer to the relevant announcements and suggestions of local relevant departments and other professional organizations before participating.
• The company reserves the right of final interpretation of the room arrangement, and guests are not allowed to object or withdraw under any pretext.
• If the necessary expenses deducted in the cancellation policy are lower than the actual expenses incurred, the tourist shall pay the actual expenses incurred, but the maximum amount shall not exceed the total travel expenses.
