Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 12:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Meals are not included for children under the age of 3
• It is recommended to wear a mask when taking the bus. If you have a fever above 37.5℃ or are feeling unwell, please consider not joining the tour. We apologize for your understanding.
• The sightseeing bus is a group tour, so please be sure to abide by the meeting time at each meeting point to avoid delaying other passengers' itineraries.
• After the trip, you can choose not to follow the bus back to the starting point, but please inform in the remarks column in advance; if you make a temporary decision on the spot, please sign the Mandarin/English Affidavit before leaving the group.
• There are no toilets on the bus, but the staff will guide you in the direction of the toilets after arriving at each attraction, so don't worry.
• Please wear light clothing and shoes to participate in the tour. Please keep your personal valuables properly. If any valuables are lost during the trip, we will not be compensated.
• It is predicted that there will be heavy traffic on the day of the event, and the end time may be delayed and other emergencies. Guests taking flights or Shinkansen on that day are not recommended to participate in this itinerary. Our company will not bear any responsibility if the guests are delayed in boarding.
• The bus is shared with other passengers. Please note that there may be other passengers using the seat next to you.
• According to Japanese law, please fasten your seat belt on the tour bus.
• Arrival times for each tour may vary depending on traffic conditions.
• After arriving at the destination, if the tour is terminated due to weather reasons, no refund will be given, please understand.
