Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• According to legal regulations, passengers are required to fasten their seat belts while the bus is in motion.
• The trip may be delayed due to traffic jams or bad weather. If you have other arrangements later in your itinerary, please allow sufficient time for your next transportation.
• Please understand that the space in the car is limited and each person is limited to 1 large piece of luggage.
• To ensure personal safety, please do not feed local macaques without permission.
• This itinerary does not guarantee that you will definitely see snow monkeys bathing in hot springs. Depending on the climate and the health of the snow monkeys, there is a possibility that you will not be able to see the snow monkeys. If you fail to see the snow monkeys, no refunds will be given. • It takes about 40 minutes to walk from the parking lot to Jigokudani Hot Spring. It is recommended that travelers wear warm clothing. Since the snowy roads will be slippery in winter, please wear non-slip and comfortable hiking shoes or simple crampons. You can also rent equipment at the entrance.
