For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
• No refunds or compensation will be given to travelers who leave or miss the tour for personal reasons such as lack of documents, late arrival, sickness, or accidents
• Please carry your passport and visa with you at all times
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance
• Children aged under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult
• According to local laws, children below 8 years old must use a car seat if a business, high-roof, or flat-roof bus is used. If traveling with children below 8 years old, please contact the local travel agency to confirm the vehicle type and car seat rental (US$10/day). Failure to do so may result in admission decline
• Each traveler is allowed one piece of large-size luggage under 28" and 20 kg, as well as one carry-on baggage
• The tour guide will arrange optional activities. Travelers can choose not to join and enjoy free time instead. Please meet the guide at the designated time and point
• All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use the tickets they bought on their own (e.g. City Pass)
• The price details are for reference only. Please refer to each attraction's official website or the on-site announcement for ticket details
• The tour guide will arrange the drop-off sequence for the return route
• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather and traffic conditions, please inquire with the tour guide about the itinerary
• No refunds or compensation will be provided in the event of force majeure (e.g., weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) causing tour delays, inconvenience to travelers, or additional transportation expenses not included in this tour
• Travelers are responsible for the safety of their baggage. Any lost or damaged baggage is the traveler's liability. In case of vehicle mechanical failures, only partial refunds will be provided for lost or damaged baggage
• If the bus is late, compensation will be provided based on the delay time. However, there will be no refund of the tour fee. The tour guide will explain the compensation details on-site, and travelers must comply with the guide's arrangements accordingly
• Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time, participation and refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
