With the half-day Elephant Save & Care program, guests may choose whether to visit the sanctuary in the morning or afternoon session. During your tour, you will have the chance to walk around the sanctuary, and feed, bond, and play with the elephants. You will also learn how to care for the elephants, and get to enjoy a mud spa and bathing session with them in a natural water pool. A delicious lunch of the the country’s signature dish, pad thai, will cap off this memorable and heart-warming tour.

— Itinerary —

• Start your tour with a convenient pick-up from your hotel or accommodation in Phuket and a one-hour transfer to the Elephant Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon your arrival, you will receive a introduction guide on the details of your program and elephant behavior
• Feed the elephants baskets of bananas, sugarcane, cucumber, and corn. While they enjoy their food, your guide will share interesting stories about the sanctuary and each of the elephant’s different backgrounds
• Next, it’s time to prepare for the elephants’ spa treatment and shower. Discover how to mix Thai herbs and mud to create a blend that helps soothe and heal an elephant’s skin. Enjoy some good clean fun as you pamper the elephants with a mud spa before helping to shower them off. Be sure to take as many pictures as you can of this very special experience!
• After your own quick shower, sit down for a delectable lunch of pad thai and seasonal fruits before departing back to your hotel in Phuket. Leave inspired and informed, having supported the elephants and future care at the Elephants Wildlife Sanctuary
