• Please be sure to arrive at the designated location at the designated time and do not be late. Since this itinerary cannot be transferred to other runs or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the one-day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • If you encounter a holiday or weekend in Japan, you may encounter traffic jams during your trip. If affected by traffic congestion, early closure of attractions, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or stay time of each attraction will be adjusted. I hope you can understand.
• After the trip has started, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded according to the actual expenses incurred. Additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation costs must be borne by the passenger.
• No refund will be given if the passenger abandons the tour due to personal reasons.

• The maple viewing period will be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is organized, the trip will proceed as usual regardless of the maple leaf conditions.
• Please wear light clothing and shoes and bring warm clothing if necessary.
• The type of vehicle used will be assigned according to the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, Driver will also serves as on-board employee to provide full travel services. No additional tour guide will be assigned. Please note.
• Please note that the hotel pick-up and drop-off area is limited to Chiyoda District. If you are unsure about the location, please ask customer service whether it is available before placing an order.
