Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
For cancellations made 8 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

• If your accommodation is within a 5-minute walk from the meeting point, you'll need to walk to the meeting point by yourself. This way, you won't need to get ready early and go around the city to pick up other group of customers. If you have any special needs that require the shuttle service, please inform our customer service at least 3 days before departure, and we will arrange for you
• Kindly check your inbox for an email from the supplier, containing detailed shuttle information and departure time. This will be sent in 3-5 days after you've received the voucher
• Please note that departure time may vary depending on seasons and availability, so please kindly check the email after reservations
• Please be ready and wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time
• Please note that Northern Light visibility is subject to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of unideal or zero Northern Light visibility, the driver and tour guide will do their utmost to search for ideal Northern Light viewing spots; reschedule and refunds will not be granted
