The Big Duck boat will motor past Granite Island before arriving at Seal Island. Here, discover some of the most friendly creatures in the area—Australian sea lions and New Zealand fur seals! Watch them bask in the sunshine and flop into the ocean; don’t be surprised if they approach the boat to say hello.
While enjoying the views of Adelaide’s shores, keep a lookout for other amazing sea creatures, like common and bottlenose dolphines, as well as seabirds like the cormorant, shearwaters, and petrel. After hanging out off the shores of Seal Island, continue down to Wright Island before making your way back to Granite Island Causeway.
