For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Tickets are not included in the charter bus itinerary. Please pay the driver on site.
• Provide contact information: (Line/WhatsApp/WeChat/KakaoTalk, etc.) Please be sure to provide contact information.
• After 22:00, it is a night service. A fee of 30,000 won/hour will be charged if used during non-service hours.
• According to Korean law, children under 6 years of age must use a child safety seat. Please accurately indicate the number of child seats required and pay an additional fee of KRW 15,000 per seat to the driver on site.
• All additional costs must be paid in cash to the driver.
• ⚠️ All the itineraries of our company do not include personal travel insurance. There are certain risks and dangers in outdoor activities. Guests must evaluate their own health or ability.The company will not be responsible for any physical damage or casualty caused by accidents or unpredictable factors.
