• A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Children aged 0-2 can join the tour for free, but they do not occupy a seat and tickets to various attractions are not included. Please inform us in the remarks when ordering.
• Children aged 3 and above need to occupy a seat and are charged the same fee as adults.
• If your trip is changed or cancelled due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors, please contact customer service and we will handle the subsequent procedures for you.
• Please note that the tour guide will not enter the attraction area with you.
• Please carry your passport and valuables with you during your trip and keep them properly. If they are lost, stolen or damaged, you will be responsible for the consequences.
• It is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance at your departure point before participating in this activity.
• No refunds will be given to participants who are late or fail to arrive at the meeting point at the designated time.
• The order of the tour itinerary may change depending on regional weather and traffic conditions.
