• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Meals are not included for children under the age of 3
• This tour is a group tour and the vehicle will be assigned based on the number of participants. You will share a vehicle with other passengers and will be seated freely on site. We cannot designate a parking space in advance. Please understand.
• This itinerary has a minimum number of participants. If the number of registered participants is less than the minimum number, the tour may be cancelled. If the tour cannot depart due to insufficient number of participants, we will notify you 4 days before departure in accordance with the Japanese Tourism Industry Act and assist in rescheduling the experience date or processing a full refund for the cancellation.
• No tour leader will be assigned when the car tour departs. The driver will also serve as the accompanying staff to provide full service throughout the trip. After arriving at each attraction, you can visit freely.
• The transportation/accommodation/attractions of this itinerary will be faithful to the original itinerary as much as possible. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as boat and cable car suspensions, attraction facility maintenance, seasonal changes in business hours, weather and local traffic conditions, etc., the travel agency reserves the right to adjust the itinerary and hotel arrangements for the safety of passengers and a smooth itinerary.
• Please note that travel time may be delayed due to road and weather conditions. Please carefully consider your travel arrangements before booking. Due to accidents, traffic congestion, or weather conditions, the bus may arrive at your destination significantly delayed. Please note that we cannot compensate for losses incurred by you in connection with your transportation or other facilities due to bus delays.
• Please confirm the meeting time and location in advance before departure. Arrive at the meeting point on time and find the Mikitravel tour leader to report to you. The bus will depart on time. If you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons, it will be deemed that you have voluntarily given up your reservation and no refund or rescheduling will be accepted.
• This tour is based on the number of passengers. Each passenger is limited to one 28-inch suitcase. Large luggage may not be allowed on board. Please confirm with Mikitravel customer service in advance if you wish to bring large luggage. Furthermore, items deemed unsafe may not be allowed on board. Please be aware of this.
• If the tour is canceled due to weather conditions or insufficient number of participants, a full refund will be given. No compensation will be given for travel expenses, transportation, accommodation, etc. No refund or compensation will be given for personal reasons.
• The bus seats are one person per seat. Pre-assigned seats are not accepted. Depending on the number of registrations on the day, passengers of the opposite sex may be assigned seats next to each other. Please fasten your seat belts at all times during the bus journey and do not move around. You will not be able to get on or off the bus during the journey. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• The scheduled itinerary and duration are for reference only and may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, local events, restaurant reservations, changes in the operating hours of attractions and facilities, etc. Please be advised.
• If the tour is delayed, changed or cancelled due to bus breakdown, traffic jam, or force majeure such as bad weather, strike, unexpected accident, etc., passengers shall not claim compensation or refund of the tour fee under any pretext.
• This tour does not include any shopping or duty-free shops. All personal expenses are the responsibility of the passenger. Returns and exchanges are not possible. Please note that entry and exit restrictions vary from country to country. Please confirm the regulations of the country or region you are leaving before making any purchases.
• The company, drivers, tour leaders and tour guides are not responsible for any loss of money or property caused by theft under any circumstances and at any location. Passengers are responsible for keeping their own property and documents.
• Based on travel safety and smooth itinerary, the company reserves the right and obligation to adjust the itinerary, modify activities or cancel the tour. If the tour is cancelled, the full tour fee will be refunded.
• Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers aged 80 and above must be accompanied by family or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
• Infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can join the tour free of charge. An adult can only have one infant who does not occupy a seat sit on their lap.
