• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• No refunds or other compensation will be offered if you are late and miss your tour departure
• Wētā Workshop will not be liable for any injuries that may occur in the Workshop
• If a customer is deemed a danger to staff or other guests, Wētā Workshop reserves the right to refuse entry without a refund
• Guests are not permitted to touch materials onsite without the express permission of a Wētā Workshop staff member
• Wētā Workshop reserves the right to check recording devices brought into its tour spaces, including, but not limited to, digital cameras and smartphones
