• A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
• Lunch is not included in the itinerary. It is recommended to bring your own lunch or eat at a location recommended by the tour guide. The Korean seaweed souvenirs introduced in the itinerary can be freely purchased after the trip.
• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Latecomers will not be able to participate in the tour. No reschedules, cancellations, or refunds will be granted
• [Seoraksan Cable Car Guidelines] • Regular ride schedule: Every 10-15 minutes • Peak season ride schedule: Every 5 minutes • Baby strollers are not allowed in the cable car
• If the scenic spots are closed due to bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances after the confirmed departure, no refunds will be provided
• The group insurance will only cover individual major accidents. For more additional coverage, you have the option to get additional accident insurance
• There may be a 10 to 15-minute gap in the pickup time in case of heavy traffic or if the tour participants are late. Please exercise caution on the day of the tour
• Autumn scenery will be adjusted based on weather conditions, and maple leaf conditions cannot be guaranteed.
