Learn the art of making sparkling wine, and taste different varieties along the way. Understand more about base wine, corking, and wiring. Set off on a tour and take in the history of the vineyard and hear Joe’s story. Then, take in views of the winery and the vineyard.

Guests will be taken through the sparkling wine-making and disgorging process, then undertake your own liqueur d’expedition dosage trials to craft a bottle of sparkling that suits your exact taste. Each guest will receive a bottle of their personalized blend to enjoy on the day. Travelers can also opt to order more sparkling wine that will be mailed off to them following their visit.
