Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• In all cases, cancellation fees equal to 100% of the booking fees will apply for 'no shows' on the departure date for the services
• Supplier reserves the right to alter schedules, itineraries, published prices, and routes, and to substitute one vessel for another, or a different mode of transport, if considered necessary and without notice
• Kindly note, the experience is weather-dependent and subject to favorable sea conditions
• Captain Cook Cruises WA strives to prevent cross-contamination; however, it cannot guarantee that foods such as nuts, flour, gluten, etc., will be completely free from cross-contact
• Kindly note, the above menu is provided for reference and may be subject to change based on the availability of ingredients on site
• Due to the possibility of high-water levels in the Swan River during periods of rainfall, a coach transfer may be necessary for all or part of your journey to/from the Swan River. A coach substitution may be necessary without advance notice, due to circumstances out of supplie's control.
• Every effort is made by Swan Valley to provide the best touring experience, but we do not accept any liability for any illness, injury, delay, inconvenience, loss or damage whilst on tour where it is not caused or contributed to by the acts or omissions of supplier
• Please note that in accordance with the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA), no alcohol is permitted to be consumed on the vehicle
• Please be aware that the venue reserves the right to exercise their discretion not to allow entry and/or not to serve individuals or groups alcohol and/or ask them to leave the premises
• Swan Valley will refuse the boarding of intoxicated passengers (determined at Swan Valley’s sole discretion). Should any passenger be refused boarding onto the boat, that passenger will be responsible for their own transport home
