• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Photography of the show is strictly prohibited
• Cruise program and schedule is subject to change
• Intoxicated guests will not be allowed to board the vessel
• Activities that encourages excessive alcohol consumption are not allowed
• Minors will not be served alcoholic beverages
• Guests are not allowed to take alcohol out of the cruise ship
• Menu and beverage list indicative only. Items may be subject to change.
• In the event that the trip is canceled or rescheduled because the total number of passengers is below the minimum requirement, please inform the local agency and assistance will be provided
• Infant (0-1 year) are free of charge. There are no allocated seats, no high chairs, and no pram space. Child meal is available free of charge on request
• Dress code is smart and elegant. Female passengers are encouraged to dress up and shorts are not allowed. Males are encouraged to bring a dinner jacket. Shorts, singlets, and thongs are strictly not allowed.
• All passengers including the infants must be manifested for safety and security reasons. Un-manifested guests will be refused boarding
• The cruise operator exclude all liability for any loss or damage to clothing or personal items/belongings howsoever arising and whether or not our liability arises in tort, contract or otherwise.
