Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 15 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• If the company deems it to be detrimental to passenger safety due to reasons such as poor visibility, snow, bad weather, or snow removal, the Snow Wall Valley walk will be shortened or canceled.
• If the road is closed due to bad weather and the company determines that it is harmful to the safety of passengers, the trip will be cancelled on the same day and the full amount will be refunded to the guests, but the transportation fee to the meeting point and other expenses will be borne by the guests themselves.
• If your trip falls during a long holiday in Japan, tourist spots are expected to be crowded, so your stay may be shortened.
• The journey time may be delayed due to traffic conditions etc.
• Please dress lightly and avoid high heels or other clothing that may hinder movement.
• If the return time is significantly delayed, the company will not cover accommodation fees, taxi fares, etc.
• For transportation to Tateyama Kurobe, please pay the tour guide the ticket fee on site, 12,300 yen for adults and 6,150 yen for children (6-11 years old).
• The group channel and the individual channel are different, so please do not book mountain tickets on your own.
