For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 15 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The language of the companion tour guides is mainly Japanese. The language support service will use "image translation" or "translation machine translation".
• The actual itinerary may be changed or shortened depending on traffic conditions or other uncontrollable factors on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
• This itinerary operates based on the Japan Tourism Industry Terms and Conditions.
• The times shown in the itinerary are estimates and actual arrival and departure times may vary depending on traffic conditions.
• From late December to mid-March, you can experience sledding at the 2nd Station of Mt. Fuji (not going to the 5th Station). On rainy days, you cannot experience sledding at the 2nd Station of Mt. Fuji, so the itinerary will be changed to Oshino Hakkai.
• If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed due to weather conditions, the trip to Fuji 5th Station will be cancelled. In this case, the itinerary will be changed to Oshino Hakkai.
• In 2025, we will not be traveling to Gotemba Premium Outlets on July 19 and 20, August 9 and 10, October 11 and 12, and November 1, 2, 22, and 23 due to anticipated heavy traffic congestion.
• If the Hakone Cable Car is closed due to bad weather, we will take a bus (the cable car fee will not be refunded in this case)
• If the tour is delayed for more than one hour due to traffic congestion, the Gotemba Outlet tour may be cancelled.
• If you fail to return to the meeting point of each attraction on time, the bus will depart without waiting and it will be regarded as the guest's automatic abandonment. Please understand.
