• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• This itinerary does not include a tour guide. Please note that Chinese/English version of the notes or itinerary will be provided on the day of the itinerary.
• Please note that if affected by traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or arrival time at the ski resort may be delayed.
• During a group itinerary, you are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If you leave the group midway, you will be deemed to have automatically given up the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refunds will be given. Passengers who leave the group or after leaving the group must bear the responsibility for accidents. Please understand.
• Passengers are requested to arrive at the meeting point in advance. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Joining the tour midway is not permitted.
• Please note that ski clothing and ski suits are repetitive rental products and cannot be selected. They may not be the latest products.
• If it is judged that the trip needs to be suspended due to insufficient snow in the area, in principle, notification will be given 2 days before departure, so please be informed.
• In principle, as long as there is more than one ski slope in operation at the ski resort, the itinerary will continue. Of course, the itinerary may be suspended due to the condition of the ski slopes. Please be informed.
• Please note that the use time of the cable car lift ticket redemption voucher is calculated from the start date of local accommodation and does not include the night operation of the ski resort.
• Some ski resorts will charge a deposit ranging from 500 to 1,000 yen when you use the lift ticket, which will be refunded after you finish using it, so please be aware.
• Depending on the conditions of each ski resort, some ski trails may be unavailable, and no refunds will be given. Please be informed.
• When registering for a trip that departs in the evening, please be sure to pay attention to the departure date and time.
• If there is a heavy snowstorm in the area on the day of return and the roads are blocked, our company will help you arrange accommodation or take a shuttle bus to the nearest train station, but all expenses incurred will be at your own expense, please be informed.
• The ski resort is located in the mountains. The local hotel equipment cannot be compared with that of metropolitan hotels. Some equipment is relatively old. Please understand.
• The product content includes ski equipment rental, but according to the store's regulations, additional insurance compensation and exemption fees need to be paid on site, please be informed.
• Please return the ski equipment after skiing and rent it again at the ski shop the next day. Thank you for your understanding.
