For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Service may be canceled on the day of departure due to road traffic information, snow conditions, or other unavoidable reasons. In this case, we will guide you to the meeting place (Shin-Osaka). If the tour is canceled at the meeting place (Shin-Osaka), transportation costs to the meeting place will not be refunded.
• Luggage is often stolen, lost, left behind, or misplaced between passengers at departure, rest, and arrival locations. Loading and unloading luggage when boarding and disembarking from the bus is strictly a service provided by the bus crew and our staff, and we cannot be held responsible for storage management. Customers are requested to manage their own luggage.
• Arrival and departure times may be delayed due to road conditions, weather, or other unavoidable reasons. In the unlikely event that your return is delayed and you have to take a taxi or stay overnight, Mikitravel will not be able to accommodate your request.
• A tour conductor will not accompany you. Please follow the instructions of the bus crew and conductor while the bus is in operation.
• As the trunk of the tour bus is limited, large luggage such as large suitcases (total of 3 sides of 150cm or more) and snowscoots will not be accepted. Maximum of 1 piece of other luggage.
• Regarding snowboard loading fees, up to one snowboard per person is free.
• Each rental is not guaranteed to be in stock. During busy periods such as the year-end and New Year holidays, consecutive holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, it may take a long time to rent out the items, so we recommend that you prepare your own. Even if the desired size is not available for rental (boards and wear) on the day of the trip, the travel fee will not be refunded.
• Due to amendments to the Road Traffic Act, it is now compulsory to wear seatbelts, so please cooperate in doing so.
• Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Also, please refrain from drinking or eating on the bus, and refrain from talking loudly.
