Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Children under the age of 8 years must use a safety seat. The vehicle type used for each group will be decided 2 days before the tour. Please be sure to contact the local travel agency if you are traveling with children under the age of 8 years. Please indicate if you need to rent a safety seat (rental fee: US$10 per day). If you do not inform in advance, the local travel agency will have the right to refuse passengers to ride
• The itinerary is for reference only. In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided
• The opening hours and traffic control of various attractions and national parks will change from time to time due to the epidemic. Itinerary may be subject to change by force majeure; please consider before booking
• Due to force majeure factors such as traffic, weather, temporary closure of scenic spots, and holidays, some attractions cannot be visited. The tour guide will adjust or replace it with other locations without prior notice, according to the actual situation to ensure the richness of the itinerary; please consider this before booking
• On the day of the trip, passengers may be required to show identification (such as passports, or valid documents) for verification. It is strongly recommended that passengers carry them at all times in case of emergency
• Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger at all times
• Each passenger is allowed one large piece of luggage (up to 28 inches in height and up to 20 kg in weight) and one carry-on luggage
• The tour guide will assist in the purchase of the self-funded itinerary. Guests who choose not to participate in the self-funded activities can freely move around in the vicinity and agree on the meeting time and place with the tour guide
• All tickets will be purchased by the tour guide, and pre-purchased tickets, such as City Pass, etc., cannot be used; please consider before booking
• The ticket price is for reference only, and the prices may change according to the season; please refer to the official website for the ticket prices
• If you have not successfully passed through US Customs due to personal reasons and you are repatriated to your country, no refunds will be granted
• In the event of external factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, etc., it will not be possible to ensure that you will arrive at the pick-up location on time. Refunds will not be granted if the itinerary is delayed, which will cause inconvenience to passengers or cause additional costs such as flights and trains
• If the bus is late for some reason, a partial refund will be granted according to the length of the delay time, but part of the tour fee will not be refunded. The tour guide will explain the details on the spot, and the compensation amount listed by the tour guide will be the main basis; please consider this before booking
• If the tour cannot be visited due to external factors such as weather, war, strike, etc., the provider has the right to change the itinerary, and the ticket fee for the specific site will be refunded (except for the self-paid items presented as a gift). Refunds will not be granted for the registration fees
• Please pay attention to your own luggage at all times. If there is any loss or damage, the provider will not be responsible for storage and compensation; if the luggage is lost or damaged due to the mechanical failure of the vehicle, only part of the cost will be compensated; please consider this before booking
