• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:30). Notifications will then be sent via email

• Confirmation: The exact meeting time and location details are confirmed and sent to passengers via SMS or WhatsApp the evening prior to the scheduled flight.
• Passengers who are over 130kg must contact Liberty Balloon Flights before booking for assistance.
• Passengers must be able to stand for the duration of the flight (about one hour) and climb in and out of the basket unassisted.
• Children up to twelve years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Children aged 6 years and older are welcome, provided they are tall enough (generally over 120cm) to see over the basket side and are accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing, dressing in layers, and sturdy shoes (like runners or hiking shoes). Open-toed shoes and heels should be avoided.
