• After collecting your luggage, the tour guide will be waiting for you at the baggage carousel or arrival lobby, holding an information board displaying your name
• It’s strongly recommended to arrive at Yellowknife Airport in the morning or early afternoon, as delays are common due to extreme weather conditions

• If your flight is scheduled to arrive in Yellowknife after 10:00 p.m., you must book an extra night’s accommodation since the regulated check-in time is 4:00 pm, please contact customer service if you need an extra night booking
• Please note that travelers arriving after 10:00 p.m. will need to arrange their transportation to the hotel on their own
